Membership is by invitation by another member only. Once nominated the individual becomes the sole responsibility of the nominating member.
Membership fee is paid yearly with no exceptions. Amount of fee is divulged at time of nomination.
Then society has a strict set of bylaws which must be adhered to. Deviation from said bylaws will result in immediate expulsion from the society.
Ok Its not that serious, membership is five dollars for a lifetime membership or ten cents a year for life.
The guidelines are as follows.
1. Do no harm to others
2. promote club shamelessly and "secretly"
